Information collected from our visitors is voluntarily submitted by them via our online application form. This information is shared only with lenders in partnership with Legal Settlement Loans. This information is provided to those partners to attempt to obtain funding for their lawsuit settlement loan request. We do not sell or share visitor’s information with 3rd parties outside of our lenders.

Our web server does collect analytics data related to its visitors. Analytics data is collected by Google Analytics and you can learn more about the data it collects at their website. We do not share any of our analytics data with any 3rd parties and will never sell or share that data.

We do NOT disclose any information about you to anyone, except as permitted by law. Only the lenders that are partnered with Legal Settlement Loans will receive data submitted by our online application form.

We restrict access to information about you to those employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to you. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect this information. All personal information is removed from our system after your loan request is either approved or denied.
